Weβre working on it, trying to decide how to go about it, complicated by virus, reduced income because of share dividends but we hope to be there, etc all the usual stuff. If we do, we will be hanging around WA for a longer time.

A tentative yes from us. Much planning to be done. Just hope all is well and back to a bit of normality by then.

G'day All,
Jenny and I have some sad news about SWAARSTY 2021. Unfortunately we are cancelling the event due to the ongoing Covid 19 uncertainty and the emergence of some personal commitments which will clash with the original event timing. We understand there will be some disappointment with this decision, and have made it following consultation with several key forum members. The ongoing uncertainty over the likely end date for the current WA hard border closure and the travel restrictions elsewhere in Australia mean there is no guarantee that Covid measures will be lifted in time for eastern states based participants to come across the various state borders for an April / May 2021 ride. Therefore, the best course of action is to cancel SWAARSTY and wait until the Covid situation settles down completely before rescheduling the event for 2022 or later. Doing this now should enable anyone who has already paid a deposit for accommodation or travel to get a refund. It also gives everyone time to make other plans for 2021.
Wishing you all the best on your three wheeled adventures,
Geoff and Jenny.
