Hi, don’t want to hijack! But I hope wheels is surviving the latest weather! My uncle and aunt lived on south arm, opposite the shark creek bridge As a kid, I remember his place going under on a regular basis. Just move everything onto the dray and take it up the hill, the various animals would follow, then go back and scrape the mud off the walls as the water goes down. Messy, dirty, smelly, but part of living there. And I love the Broome! Take care and I hope you are surviving!

In one 4 hour battle to stop water getting in the house Robyn emptied our 150mm overflowing rain gauge three times. That’s a lot of rain. The folks out on the South Arm near Shark Creek got hammered terribly and most are still under water. Thanks for the thoughts mate. Cheers Wheels.😎
