Recently turned 68 and still without a URAL. I reckon a new URAL would make a great 70th birthday gift, from me to me. I thought so, and ordered mine for a 70th pressie! Due in July ( ?) Cheers Mick

A great thread this. I was starting to worry about how long I could continue riding, but with ages over 70's, I have along way to go. Can't keep up with wheels anyway, but will keep trying. Take care all.

Just like Ringo Starr said "will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm 64", (yesterday)

You young fellas like to boast about it don’t you..! 🤣🤣🤣. Just remember, us old guys got there first. So we are obviously the winners. 😇

Spring chicken here, just 63, and it's my first outfit. Although I have often thought about one. We get them in the workshop on occasions and there's always been a fascination. It won't be my first Russian vehicle though. I had a Lada Niva in the 90s and it was just glorious, for what it was. Couldn't kill it with a stick...
With any luck, mine will be ready sometime this week, just in time for my missus 55th and our 15th wedding anniversary.... Good present for her I reckon. She's had enough of being on the back of my old shovelhead.
