Anecdotal evidence suggests that Ural changed manufacturers around 2016 fixing the 2012-15 issue and reports of cracked rims after that seem to be tied to ''Owners Fault'' and not Yak's Cheese Rims. Having said that, wasn't there someone here who bought a new 2018 to find it had 15 rims?

My bike build date is 08/2021. Front rim has Edot stamp 49/20, others are Edot 22/21 and Edot 15/21. I guess that is week/year? Tyres seem all 2021 build. FWIW all tubes are Heidenau not Russian rubber.
