An overnight ride to Dalgety with our local Ulysses this weekend, not a great distance but a fun weekend and I passed a small milestone. Very hot on Saturday and cool coming back so we had a bit of everything. Dunno what to say, just a relaxed ride with friends; what more can you ask for? More photos HERE.

Interesting- I've never been on a relaxing ride with Ulysses. Usually, it's flat out there, some beer, then flat out home! OK, so the Ural is never far behind- as an old friend of my Dads used to say when passed by a faster car- "they won't have the billy boiled by the time we get there".

They are each very different in that respect, I was fortunate to have several to choose from and found that out pretty quickly. My max speed on the weekend was 94kph by the GPS and it was no drama. I did get a head start for the first section that included climbing Brown Mt.
