As it comes up to 3 years old, I am considering selling the Bondi. It is a 2011 model, and is the one that Jon and Vicki took on the run to Canberra. It has just had a service, at 32000km, with about 5000km on the new motor (no more synthetic oil, thanks!!). The usual Bondi extras (spare wheel, screens and jerry can) are there, along with spare wheel cover and rack, and leg shields. I do have a set of hand guards, too, but they are not fitted. Looking at $10,000. In case you're wondering- I generally only keep my bikes for 2- 3 years, but if I don't sell the Ural, I feel sure it will not bother me.

In my humble opinion you can't beat a V twin, whatever configuration. Guzzi, HD, Guzzi, Ducati, Guzzi, all good.

Ural is a v-twin- only a wider angle (180deg) Using this logic my Bonneville America must also be a V-twin, with an angle of 360 degrees. At least it has a 270 degree crank, producing a 5-3 beat. Papasmurf, I think many us question your logic process!

360 degrees and 270 degree crank? Now who's mixed up? Actually, Norm- the America is one of my favourite bikes. A friend sold hers with 150,000km on the clock, and still running smooth! BTW- nothing wrong with my logic- but I do have a wild imagination
