Hi there,

I thoroughly enjoy reading the insightful pieces of Ural knowledge, and I have been researching everything I can find on Urals for years. I finally took the plunge in September and ordered a Sahara GU that should (hopefully) arrive around April/May. I’m Melbourne based, and cautiously excited to learn the subtle riding techniques. Once a motor mechanic many moons ago, I will enjoy dabbling with the tools again.

To say I know of the anticipation thing would be an understatement !
Excellent choice of colour, plainly you are a man of sophistication and taste, I am expecting to take delivery of a Sahara GU in January.
I reckon the Ural is a good fit for we ex Mechanic types, maintenance and setup and some minor mods will be a pleasure.
