I don't have anything to compare with. So, with a 2022 GU, did the spring rate and dampening change?? Who knows. Which leads me to this question. Assuming it did NOT. Is it worth it to tinker with measuring sag and adjusting preload to restore the ride height? The shock springs are primitive with a linear spring rate and no adjustment for damping. OR is there little to gain given how harsh they appear to be. I hear members on here running preload very high, some are lightweights. Others, advocate leaving everything at the softest. Confusing, at best. Compensate for sag or not. If not, isn't suspension travel reduced?

My 21 had less than 10mm sag with zero preload. Do not think ‘solo’ sag settings for an outfit…….does not work.
