The following means nothing to those of us in Aust, it is their recall and I doubt it will be extended. Hope it is as I have another 2015 rim that is cracked.
As I have said before - 2 experts on spokes in Sydney and Brisbane both said the problem wasn't the rider, it was the product. Ash went so far as to guess 2012 - 2015 based on those he had seen through the shop, so it looks like he was on the money.

That’s interesting Andy, because I’ve not long found my first cracked rim on my 2012 Retro. I’m going full out to having it replaced going on what’s happening in the USA. I’d be really surprised if any of the rims being recalled in the US are any different to the ones here, because the bikes all came out of Russia. Good info there Andy. Cheers Wheels.😎

giday you old farts Clare told me that there is now a mob here that makes those rims so call her and be glad you did .lots of luck .Richard, Only if the defective product is replaced for free and I seriously doubt they are pressing aluminum rims here in Aus? This has been going on since 2012 and UMWA seem to have had selective deafness and most blaming the rider and not the product. I have had one rim (2015) replaced by Ural Aust HQ at no cost and am very grateful for their assistance in that matter, however when I mentioned the second one (also a 15 rim) it wasn't covered by the original recall of the 2012 units and therefore they couldn't do anything. Understandable since it was outside the IMWA recall bracket, but now a precedent has been set so ity will be interesting to see how Wheels gets on.
