Left Brisbane and headed for Blacksoil, Glammorgan Vale, Lowood, Clarendon, Coominya, Mount Hallen and then breakfast in Esk. Biarra to the Bluff: Then Crowsnest to Perserverance Dam: Then back to Esk via Redbank Creek and onto Mt Glourious, Samford and home. The new pusher tire makes a huge difference in the way the bike handles. The whole idea of this run was to get some time on the dirt but I was disappointed in the amount I managed to get. I was told that the Biarra road was all dirt but it seems not to be the case. Where there was dirt it was well graded and dry so no real challenge. I should have turned right at the Bluff and headed up to Blackbutt, maybe next time. It is beautiful country out that way, dirt or no dirt.

I can't have been the only one to do a day ride on a Sunday... ? Ya weren’t mate! Rob and I were up in the back blocks of the Great Ocean Road in rain and 40 knot headwinds😖 Battling to stay on the bikes! let alone keep them pointed in the right direction!.....nice‼️

I can't have been the only one to do a day ride on a Sunday... ? We were out that way ourselfs on Sunday. Just a little back road crusing and a bit of a look at Brisbanes food bowl.Lunch at Lowood where the bakery does a good pie or Vietnamese pork roll then home and back into house painting .Only 150 km for us but at least AJ got a run .

Grumble, grumble... I'll be riding soon... I'm resisting calling Clare to ask when the parts arrive. They can't be far off.
