I have a new 2019 Ranger and I find that the seat is as hard as a brick. It is not to bad when I move around when travelling on twisty road but on highways etc it does get uncomfortable. So I was just wondering what others have done to rectify this situation.

If it is the full length seat then it is the only one I haven't tried, so if you are thinking of changing it let me know and I might be interested in buying it I have tried the Tractor Seat, Italian Bench and 2/3 Solo. I settled on the 2/3 solo because it worked for me. I know people who hate them... very personal topic. Shame you are not in Brisbane or I would lend you the Tractor and Italian Bench to try. Tractor Italian Bench 2/3 Solo Standard or Enduro
There are other versions out there but I think these are the current offer on new bikes.

I have been comfy for 100k+ on the Tractor seat but will go the 2/3 on my next new Ural. Personal opinion only.......Enduro seat looks bad, feels bad........what were they thinking !

Got mine with the tractor seat which seems o.k. round town but I don't think will be any good for a longer trip. Seems to have a bar at the back which isn't too comfy. I tend to push to the back of the seat as I have long arms. I'll try a bit of padding to see if it helps.
Has anyone tried an Air Hawk on one? Don't really want to go down the road of trying a heap of saddles which may or may not work, expensive! I bought a Corbin for my M.V. which is brilliant (again expensive), all day ride. They dont list Ural but have single universal styles. Might even look at making a base for the Brutales although the shape's a bit odd.

Deano, I am 6’3 and comfy on tractor seat.. You can drill new holes and move it back about 50mm from memory. Let your bum settle in front of that “bar” and the seat will form your spot after a while. I have done 17 hour days on my tractor seat.....don’t give up on it too quickly. 🚜

Lee,
Was just heading to the shed to see if that was possible. 50mm will just about do it!

Sorted! Another trick for those who haven't tried it. Get a pair of cycling shorts (padded budgie smugglers). Cheap ones are ok but top brands are better. Wear them under your travelling pants (no jocks). You'll get significantly more mileage before your arse fails.
Done a bit of cycling and those professional boys know a thing or two about about sore arses perched on a bike saddle for hours. If it helps on them then it certainly does the job on a motorcycle seat.
Cheers
