For what it’s worth I put Slime Tube Sealant into the pusher, sidecar and front tubes a few weeks ago (carry a spare 8oz bottle for the spare) to prevent flats when I least need them. Before yesterday’s ride I checked all the tyre pressures which was the first time for a couple of weeks and was pleasantly surprised!...zero psi drop in the tyres with Slime in the tubes (a first for me) and guess what?...a 4-5 psi drop in the spare which has no slime in the tube!...sort of speaks for itself I guess😎 Note...tube sealant is good for 2 years in a tube and definitely does not upset wheel balance when running!...well not on my Retro anyway!

Not sure about the slime but definitely notice tyre pressures drop quite a bit even over the course of a week. And that's up here in the tropics where 20c is bollickin' cold. Probably spoilt by tubeless for years.
Cheers
