First rides put some weight in the sidecar. Doesn't need a lot. I think I used about 30kg. Then ride at your own pace remembering your left hand turns. I don't think strength matters all that much if your rig is set up right and as your riding technique improves. For some fun and practice, find a nice clear car park or paddock and learn when and how to lift the chair on purpose. do circles, figure eights both ways and then if it happens on the road you will be ready. Have fun.
