The journey begins ! Tried to get my long stem Jamec tyre inflator onto the rear valve stem tonight, cannot do. Issue could be that many servos use similar, I have ordered 45 a deg valve stem extension, this will fit almost parallel to the spokes so little danger of damage from terrain.

Sure will Harry, either will be OK. Mine has no flexible section as has Lee's, will not fit down between FD on one side or disc on the other. May work if the valve stem locknut were removed to allow the stem to deflect a little. I had thought of bending the inflator stem a little but worried that heating the damn thing may ruin the rubber seals in the valve end. I seem to remember the inflator being rather expensive to buy.

Bewildered you are missing something…unless I don’t understand your Jamec inflator….… you put the inflator stem INSIDE the spokes…….look closely at my pic.👀. This is a case for looking “inside” the square rather than outside. 👍🤣

Talking about putting air into Ural tyres!…how many times have I seen alarm on the face from someone trying to check or put air into their tyre at a garage out in the sticks someplace only to find that their letting air out!…fast!…and can’t get it back in there no matter which way they go about it!….then discover they’ve left their Rocky Creek Designs tyre pump at home!….that’s when mates that haven’t forgotten come in handy!…if your on your own, your stuffed!….just sayin! 😎

I guess you guys are using a yard compressor? All those fittings are off my 4x4 compressor. The ARB version can be bought as a unit. You could then just connect to your Comp. Hose.

ARB fitting won’t fit normal compressor fitting, male is different. I have a compressor similar to rocky creek, also on my beemer I have a Best & rest compressor, had this for about 12 Years and still going strong. have thought about getting the ARB diff lock compressor for the ural and hard wire in but, project for some other time.
