G'day all.
Son has asked if I can fit a seatbelt to the sidecar for the 'bumpy' bits. I've had a look at Go-cart type harness and normal car lap belts, but... Has anyone actually fitted out their sidecar with one, already? Thanks in advance and Tatiana, the 'Blushin Russian' says G'day to all.

Thanks mate. I agree with you, but told him I'd at least investigate it.

My 2015 Tourist came with one factory fitted. Highly possible that it was retrofit to meet ADR's of the time. Imported to VIC if that helps. My lady wears it and doesn't seem to mind. Stops her sliding forward when I hit the brakes hard.

My wife went for her first ride in a mates Ural yesterday, she wanted seat belts fitted into ours when it arrives. She was worried about coming forward with sudden braking, mate's response with these brakes they don't brake that hard! I too are worried with a tip-over there is no head protection.

There a quite a few stories on seatbelts/ roll cages on the SS page..
