Spare wheel luggage rack diameter is 9.5mm all over.
Can't help with rear seat rack though. I did look at one on my mates. 2 sizes used. Pretty sure it is 16mm and 22 or 25mm ERW tube attached at the shock mount.

I don't have the rear rack, but only the standard touring seat. What I did find is that with my Saddlemen Cruiser Bag, it fouled the jerry can. www.easyr.com.au/saddlemen-sad-3516-0270-tactical-deluxe-cruiser-taI think any tunnel type bag might have the same issue. Because I was going on the Spirit of Tasmania, I couldn't take the jerry can anyway, so left it off and all was fine.

Jerry is fune on the ferry…..just needs to be dry. That's what I thought, I've had a couple of friends say they lost theirs. So I called them and they said not if it's had petrol in it. So to avoid losing it, I left it at home and bought a plastic one from the green shed. Left it at the last servo before boarding to come home. I guess it all depends on who you get on the phone, and on the day you board as to whether it's 'actually' fine. There was a BMW with a Ural sidecar on the same ferry, his jerry wasn't even questioned.

Always dry mine and run exhaust gas into it for a bit…..then leave it open for the trip to the ferry…….no smell. OK for 6 trips. 👍
