Here we go again. Put the over thinking cap back on again, and here is another untested process to work through. This is to address the rotation of the front SC mount and any apparent movement. ie increasing gap between the fins and knuckle. Undo whatever is needed to allow the knuckle assy to rotate up. But, this time use the front strut to wind it up..ie keep the strut in tension. (Not relaxed) Tighted the knuckle bolt, check toe in and lean out. Tighten both SC attachment bolts. Go back and ensure the front strut is in tension. Lock it off. Note that the front strut mounts are fixed and the rear attaches to a clamp which is moveable. Doing this is to ensure the front is locked in at 3 points using the strut to support the adjustment as well as knuckle bolt and the 2 SC attachment bolts. Tighten the rear in a similer fashion.
Fingers crossed, it stays where it is supposed to.

Let me know when you Kiwi's get down to the Huon Valley and we'll organize something. You may not need it, but I also have a well equipped shed if there are repairs or improvements to be done. Just don't ask me about alignment. Have never touched it on ours..., but I have become a bit of an expert on brakes. Thank you and sure will, currently we are in Smithton sifting around taking it in. Hopefully X fingers she is all but sorted with some very small fine tuning ...just to be fussy. Taz is stunning so far 🥰

Taz is stunning so far 🥰 If you're in Smithton and looking for adventure and some excellent information on the region, it's worth the tour out to Woolnorth. I think Woolnorth Tours are based in Smithton, but you meet them at their info site on the way out. You can't get in there without their guide, but it's a great historical site, and highlights how absurdly uneducated the original settlers were about the land they were trying to farm.
Once past there, Marrawah, Arthur River and the Western Explorer road are a must. Make sure your bolts are tight and you have enough fuel. There's nothing between Marrawah and Zeehan.

Thanks mate, we bail from here Wednesday morning to Mantagu, Woolnorth etc then gravel to W town (Wine forgot it's name 😁), organised with adequate fuel x 98 (40L) and plenty of Gin ☺️. Looking forward to it, today was dip Falls, BIG trees and limestone arches...what a Mecca 🥰, UDF on a scale not previously seen by humankind in the strangest of places and I found a cellphone and returned it to the Taxi driver here in Smithton...what a day.
