Could be expensive here in Oz. US recommended retail of $US 185 is 35% more than the RR price of the K37s.

True Norm, but another option has to be a good thing. A 'proper' sidecar tyre at that...

Had this on the chair for about 20000 km, don't remember the cost for some reason it is not recorded in the log book, still many ks left. www.antiquetyres.com.au/19350

I'd expect to get well over 50,000km from a Duro 308 there, and more from a K37.

Soon, hopefully! Available now. I ordered a couple of K37s and a K28 to try this morning. Looks like the 28s will cost about $40 more than the 37s.

I used Avon SM's on my yellow terror. Good value, a great tread pattern (almost like the old trials tyres) and fantastic grip. Wish I still had that machine! Every time I see a dirt road heading off over the hills, I want to go there!

Time for 2 new tyres. Pusher and spare replacement. Retro, so 18s. What is the current thinking? I have 308s all round. 308s still considered the way to go? Prefer all the same for ease and being able to move them around. Where in Vic can we get them? I intend to buy 4.
Norm - remember that funny spare I had. King, I think - too lazy and cold to go and look........On my way back from Qld, lasted 2000ks on the pusher til the centre tread was gone......useless
