I'm definitely coming, probably. Won't know for certain until 36 hours before the start. Either way I will be at the start on West Tce and will ride the first bit.

SA National Ural Run update: September 7th 2013 1st section Ride leader Michael has cleared the roads for washouts, so at this stage no changes are being made to the first section of the run.
Looks like time wise it will be early lunch time just out of Nuriootpa at Maggie Beer's place.
More info can be obtained early next week.
If you haven't let me know if you intend to join in on the first South Australian Ural National Day please do so as arrangements for seating need to be accounted for at Maggie's.
Reply here or at: Gobiural@gmail.com
This run will be a good one so come and join in.
Cheers,
Stuart

Good and bad news here. Son's footy team is not playing in their grand final next week. Unless he is selected to play in the B's grand final (not very likely) I will have all day free to ride.

Ural National Rally Day registrationHave you filled out your registration and joined the South Australia National URAL Rally group yet. Sign up at nationalrallyday.com/
9.00am we are leaving the ON THE RUN S/Stn crn West Tce & Gouger St Adelaide.
Our destination areas are: Adelaide - Inglewood - Lyndoch - Tanunda - Truro - Sedan - Cambrai - Walkers Flat - Mannum
There is approx 60% off-road 40% on-road. The Rally course has been tailored to take in a series of interesting off-road scenery and locations with a lunch stop at Maggie Beer's just north of Tanunda before Nurioopta.
The second half of the Rally takes in infrequently travelled off-road areas to the Murray.
I anticipate the Rally time to be approx 6+ hours. There is plenty of fuel along the Rally so no-one should suffer any short supply.
The local Barossa newspaper has given us a write-up and we will be joined at Maggies by Mick Tucker from Gawler motorcycles.
It's not completely necessary to register with the nationalrallyday but it would be good if you can.
Ring me on 0438 365 117 or email; gobiural@gmail.com if you have any further questions.
Looking forward to this our first National Rally for South Australia on the International day, it will be a good day.
See you before 9.00am in Adelaide.
Cheers,
Stuart Perkins

7th September URAL national Rally Day South Australia What a magnificent day we have had. Riders covered around the 360kms home to home although the rally was only 242kmls. 7 outfits 10 people 2 outfits from interstate great weather interesting roads what more could we hope for.
This now is a yearly event on the National Rally Day each year.
So, put it in your diary for next year and let's show the rest of the world that we are here. But apart from that, as really we have nothing to prove, let's just participate and have fun and a great ride. Of course if you have any thoughts about what you would like to do in the future write them here for all to take on board.
CHeers, Stuart (gobiural)
