Now that my bike is back together and running way better than it ever has, this morning I repacked the spares I carry. Most are in the sidecar permanently, but those listed as in the boot are only carried on trips.
I thought others might be interested in my stuff, but please don't suggest any more items 'cause I'm running out of space!
Under sidecar seat: Throttle cables (3) and splitter Clutch cable Wheel bearings (2) Fuel cock gasket Fuel filter Donut Front brake pads Drum brake springs Inlet manifold Lower air intake 90deg angle Fd shims, universal to fd cotter bolt Clutch rod oil seals Gear box rear seal Oil filter large "O" rings Rim tape Coil (igniter) with spark plug leads Ignition CDI Hall sensor Long and short spokes Spark plugs Rear brake light switch Fuel hose
In boot: Clean air filter & air filter oil Tube Engine oil Fd oil

I don't count tools, pump, jack and drinking water, fuses etc as spares, but I carry them all the time. So far I have not needed to use any spares while away from home, but as I'm often a long way from home (or UAHQ) I like to be prepared!

A 12volt outboard motor might come in handy, too (for some people).
