The more I read about spark plugs, that come out of an engine running unleaded, the more I don't know what to think. So I was hoping someone here can confirm that this isn't right and I need to look a bit further into fuel delivery. Given it is a first Gen EFI that might be a bit difficult, but I will start with the simple stuff.
The plugs pictured are out after a 600k quick trip, the last bit being on the highway.
So fire away with your thoughts, all ideas welcome.

Andy, forget everything you ever thought you knew about centre insulator colour……unleaded and additives changed that game. The “white” on the earth electrode is likely oil ash.
Looks like right cylinder is burning a slight amount of oil. Check the breather oil tubes in the air cleaner……they are easily displaced.
I would check throttle balance….I know you can do that. I would also run some injector cleaner through. Do a CRC spray test just to prove you do not have any air leaks.

In the words of Pauline - Please Explain? Which part do you need an explanation for?

Do a CRC spray test just to prove you do not have any air leaks. Sorry edit failed - this bit. Your plugs don’t show signs of an air leak but always a good idea to cover all bases. With engine idling, spray CRC, wd40 or any such aerosol around all the intake fittings but away from the air filter intake…….a leak will see the revs increase. From your plugs, there is no issue to be concerned about…….rh cylinder is just doing a little differently to the left. Working harder……balance or valve clearance. Burning a tad more oil…… ( my pick) 😇 Running a little hotter…….air leak.

Sounds good, I am just a little paranoid since the crank change. The injectors are probably long overdue a clean. Valve clearance was within limits and has settled down which is good news. I will check the balance in the next few days, first job is the cracked donut - it doesn't look as though it has cracked all the way through and it is only one hole, but since changing it is a total pain I will do it while it is in the shed rather than on the side of a mountain in the rain.

Small update, the donut has been changed - I replaced it with the original which was removed 35,000K's ago. There was a small crack in one of the holes leading to the outer edge and I wonder if that is due to me using silicon lube and the rubber breaking down or just plain old wear and tear. Given it lasted 35,000K's I am not all that bothered and it will make a good emergency spare. The center had migrated towards the engine which was the reason I replaced it originally (Clare sent me a new one as they hadn't seen that before - Post about flexible-joint-coupling-donut-center - however now widely reported on SS ) And it gave me a chance to make sure the drive fork nut was secure, the rims were ok, the brake pads were ok, grease the Uni (my recessed adapter has now paid for itself), all the cap screws on the rear wheel were ok, the hub splines were ok, the FD teeth were ok, parking brake adjust done, everything back together and the swing arm torqued. All good so far. All have absolutely nothing to do with plug colour.
And the moral of the story - When working on a Ural you start with a problem and always end up so far down the rabbit hole that finding daylight again seems a very distant prospect
