Sent and received - however it has highlighted an issue with my copy of OBDWiz and it seems I can't import PID's which is a real pain. Setting those up correctly is the most time consuming part of the whole process. (and the part that will create an error if you get it wrong - experience talking here ) Hopefully the problem is isolated to my software. If not I will screenshot and post them here.

Pick and choose what you need. If you are going Metric only just dump the inHg ones. Tip when naming the PID during the setup is that whatever you name it is locked in. I am not convinced that the min temp range of -40 is required, but it works and I don't understand enough about PID values to start changing anything. Priority - up to you. I made the priority call for the intake pressure as high and the rest as med / low so that my poor laptop could cope with the data calls. Left Cylinder Head Temp Left Intake Air Temp Left Intake inHg - Mercury ' Left Intake kPa Right Cylinder Head Temp Right Air Intake Temp Right Intake inHg - Mercury Right Intake kPa

I managed to figure out how to record a test run and more importantly figured out a way to keep the strip data to review later.
1st 2nd 3rd 4th and wide open throttle. The Left and Right manifold pressures track reasonably well.
This is a small slice recorded going up Mt Nebo in 3rd - the entire 22 minutes were captured. Unfortunately it required tying my laptop to the chair... Maybe Santa will bring me a WiFi adapter.

Santa didn't bring me a WiFi adapter Further information for those that use a PC based version of OBDWiz: I have recently found that I need to be online when using the cable and connecting. There seems to be some sort of data protection management that only allows you about 4 (5?) uses when not connected to the internet. Two recent updates meant I have had to reinstall the software and it is now telling me I only have one installation left so I didn't bother with the most recent update, to avoid all the hassle of chasing down their tech support people. I just make sure I have a working internet connection before I plug the cable in and open OBDWiz. On the plus side it helped me sort out a balance issue caused by a trapped throttle cable. My ears are never going to be good enough to balance the throttle cables at over 1800 rpm. I don't use it very often but when I do it is well worth it. And I found the Molex Pins if anyone needs any.

Changed the title to reflect, maybe someone with the new Dealers dongle can start a new thread as it sounds like it is pretty good at finding electrical faults?

I have made my own for the 2021. 👍It is a 4 pin square plug. I think 2018-20 was a round plug…..?
