Initial post: - 'Throttle bodies are at the stops at full throttle.' Yep thanks Dean. The bit I'm referring to is worth checking if anyone has what feels like a step on the way to full throttle. It really is quite bendable.

It really is quite bendable. Harry picked this up on our bike, it felt weird about 80% throttle with a tightening and a click then similar on return. It wasn't until we eagle eyed it very close with scrutiny that Harry could see the issue while I was twisting the throttle back and forth. Just by looking at it you could not see it so anyone who has a clicky bit or tight but this is were we found out one doing it, again thanks Harry for the extra engineering eyes 👍

Today we rode with Beth and Phil and two other local hoods.
On the way home we filled up, Beth's 2019 Ranger and us 2022 GU, Beth used a little less fuel for exactly the same trip.
Now, on the way home along a motorway Beth opened up and just S M O K E D us, for the first time we tried our top speed which we finally got at about 105kmph after of few minutes of wot and that was it.
Seems we are not far from this thread too 😑

The problem still has not been resolved, I have left it with the dealer in Perth about a month ago, so unless it gets sorted by the end of March I will be asking for the bike to be replaced.

It is not a ‘space shuttle’ and should be sorted in a relatively short timeframe……..even if that meant a complete dismantle. You have already eliminated many of the possibilities from what I have read.

Well if it ain't cuttin the mustard then I yeap agree given everything that has been done, we are mystified at how much we were left behind from Beffy but still better than what you had.

The 2019 models have a fast motor. I have 30,000 km on mine and it runs really crisp. It is certainly adequate power for out on the highway and carving up traffic in town.
