This tidbit might be of use to someone.
Prior to 2008 we used a 8mm valve stem, that changed to 7mm in 2008 with new springs and valve guide seals. Pushrods have never changed for 750cc engines.

Note to Fi Ural owners: The Fi Ural owners manual fuse location (page 6-9) is wrong. This fuse block is located on left of steering neck and the diagram is up side down ( fuse 1 is on the bottom of block not top) The wiring diagram (11-2) is showing fuse 1 (6 on ours) as a blue wire going to pink - red On AJ it's a blue - single red Not for the late 2015 models, they must have sorted it out. Mine is the same as the owners manual so the box is on the left fork and the top fuse is No1 - Blue in from the switch and Red out - will kill your fuel pump and ECU. Didn't try to start it and do a compression test but will edit this when I do to let you know.

EFI Owners who know they have the XXOR_01.02 ECU map loaded need to adjust their idle speed to 1050 RPM. New Idle speed confirmed this with Clare during the week. Unfortunately it is a bit of a catch 22. I was told by Merv at 110 Motorcycles Caboolture that they can't actually tell you which map you have loaded. All a Dealer can do is load the new map which may be overwriting the same one. This information hasn't been confirmed - so it might pay to ask your service person, as long as it isn't Merv who set my idle at 800 but that is another story.

Statewide Bearings have bonded washers in most sizes.
SuperCheap 12V 5W BA15s fit the rear bike tail light (not Brake) on the 2015 model. Brake and Turn signals are 12V 21W BA15s (basically 6 of them)

I have a 2010 Ural T, it has 38000kms on the clock, I'm the second owner from new. The Bike was fitted with a Powerarc ignition in 2013. The engine was rebuilt at 28000kms with a new clutch fitted at the time.
The Bike had been fitted with a number of accessories, deep sump, high pressure oil pump and filter, heated grips and solo seat.
Just recently had a problem with the bike, running on one cyclinder only and back firing, checked all the electronics and ignition and timing and valve clearances. The erratic running was a torn manifold connection on the right side carnie Have changed these manifolds twice in the last 12 months.
The problem now, it was hard to start now when refueling. Now want run or fire at all. The Bike is in a work shop, ignition has been checked, reset/timed. It will start and run perfectly and when stop will not start again.
The mechanic is baffled, any ideas, please. Regards
